I have been baking custom and design cakes, desserts and all kinds of sweets in my cake shop for over 5 years now.
My cakes can be characterised by a clean, modern style and fresh flavour combinations. I simply love to bake and experiment with new flavours. I personally prepare each cake and dessert with love and care.
For me, baking is a passion. I believe that less is more and to make a good cake you don’t need dozens of textures. The most important thing is harmony and the quality ingredients. I bake exclusively with natural ingredients.
